How?

By following our flexible 5-step process, we will closely collaborate with you and your goals to achieve the best outcomes for your projects. Our process consists of the following steps:

1. Getting to know you - We get to know you, your goals and motivations. If necessary, we sign non-disclosure agreements.

2. Gathering information - We work to understand the problems and challenges you are facing. Once we understand your budget and needs, we will provide you with specialized solutions and ways to connect e.g., a call, or asynchronously over email. We send you a work quote.

3. Exploration work - Once our engagement starts, we do one, two (or more) weeks of exploration work. This phase includes state-of-the-art research in trending technologies and across our network of experts. We may work autonomously or ask you clarifying questions. We may build small proof of concepts or prototypes.

4. Presenting findings - We present our work to you and analyze your feedback on how this provides value to your business. This is more of a conversation than a one-sided presentation. We deliver documentation and any useful artifacts of the work we have done.

5. Next steps - We decide together on the next steps and actions to take. If any technology development or scaling is needed, we can either do it ourselves or help you find the right development partner.
